Cancellations made within 12 hours of booking are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in are free of charge. Minors are not permitted without an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed. VERY IMPORTANT: For security reasons and in compliance with current regulations, you must complete the registration form sent to you. The building entry code will not be provided unless this step is completed. Parties and events are not permitted. The cleaning fee is included in the price; any cleaning required during your stay is at the guest's expense. Quiet hours must be observed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Maximum occupancy: 2 people. Do not leave trash behind. Smoking is prohibited; a special cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. Disabling smoke detectors is strictly prohibited. Payment of the tourist tax (?1.75 per person, per night) is mandatory. The price includes moderate, standard water and electricity usage; an additional charge will apply if unusually high or unjustified consumption is recorded. +If there is any damage to the furniture, or stains on the bedding or mattress, an extra cleaning fee will apply if the item can be cleaned; otherwise, payment for the damage caused will be required. +If it becomes necessary to enter the apartment to resolve a technical issue, the guest must allow the technician access to carry out the repair. +Use of the washer and dryer is permitted; these are located on the ground floor in the common area and are coin-operated. The cost of use is the guest's responsibility. The Wi-Fi operates via a repeater located inside the apartment. If the device is tampered with, unplugged at night, etc., and requires a technician's visit to reactivate it, the cost of that visit must be paid by the guest. PAYMENT MAY BE MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER OR IN CASH ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. CHECK-IN IS AT 3:00 PM. CHECK-OUT IS AT 11:00 AM. SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ARE INSTALLED IN COMMON AREAS SUCH AS THE STAIRWELL AND LAUNDRY AREA. PURCHASING, RENTING, OR SUBSCRIBING TO ANY PAID CONTENT VIA STREAMING DEVICES, SMART TVs, ETC., IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THE FULL COST WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO THE GUEST.
